Good Morning !**I would like to request a refund for * tickets for JetBlue Flight B**** that was scheduled to depart from JFK to BUF yesterday (**********) at *:**pm. The flight was cancelled by JetBlue upon my arrival at the airport. **The customer service team had rescheduled our flight to *:**pm on the **th of July ****, however due to the difficult experience we faced last night, we are exhausted and have decided not to proceed with traveling to Buffalo. Therefore we would like to choose the refund for the tickets instead of taking the new rescheduled flight to Buffalo.**The details of the passengers and tickets are as follows:**.
