I recently booked a round trip flight with Jet2 to Fuerteventura through my local travel agent. Despite receiving an email with discount offers in mid-September, the codes provided did not work which led to me paying the full price for my tickets. After returning home, I discovered a later email with a different code for the same offer. Assuming the details were the same, I missed out on an £83.40 discount for my upcoming flights LS249 on December 20th and LS250 on December 29th. As a loyal Jet2 customer, I am disappointed in this situation and kindly request a review of the transaction for a possible refund.

Good afternoon, Yesterday, my friend and I made a holiday booking with your company, and I am writing to address a concern regarding the seat selection process. While selecting seats for our flight, the online page displayed numerous taken seats indicated by crosses in squares, giving us the impression that no standard seats were left, leading us to purchase seats at an extra charge. However, upon speaking with your agent, we were informed that standard seats were indeed available by clicking the continue button. I requested a change, but I was advised it was not possible. The page misleadingly stated 'no standard seats available,' causing confusion. I kindly request a refund for the additional charges paid for the seats and ask to be moved to standard seats or to retain the booked seats without extra cost, with a refund for the additional charges incurred. During my recent family holiday in Majorca, upon collecting my suitcase at Palma airport, I discovered that one of the wheels had been completely sheared off. I promptly reported the damage to a Jet2 representative named Borja, who filled out a Property Irregularity Report and gave me the necessary copies. The damaged suitcase was relatively new, purchased in August, and unfortunately, the damage is beyond repair. Our trip was on the 6th of October, flying with flight number LS531 to Hotel Bon Sol in Paseo de Illetes. The booking was made by my son under the surname Shaw. I kindly request Jet2 to either replace the damaged suitcase or provide a refund for the purchase.

Dear Jet2, I am writing to address an issue with my recent flight to Faro from Birmingham on October 3rd, [redacted]. My booking reference is 3FEHC5. I also arranged a hire car through your system for Faro airport and collected it from YES Car Hire, with invoice number [redacted]. The car I received was a Citroen C3 with registration number AN-13-QH. The staff at the counter mentioned that I had made a duplicate booking and subsequently canceled one, leading me to assume I would only be charged for the car I received. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered I was charged twice by RENTALCARS.COM GB, with differing amounts of £[redacted].13 and £[redacted].66. Given that I can only drive one car, the double charge is concerning. I have been unable to reach a human representative despite many attempts. I am looking into making a bank transfer to settle my booking payment instead of using PayPal or a credit card. I intend to use my building society for the transaction by the end of this month. I attempted to use the WhatsApp feature for assistance but was met with a bot. After some persistence, I connected with a "person" who only advised me to pay by card and abruptly started a feedback survey. This was disappointing. Subsequently, my attempt to contact them via phone led me through a frustrating series of menu options, resulting in a loop without the option to speak to a representative regarding my straightforward question. This experience is pushing me to consider canceling my holiday costing over £2.5k and exploring other options instead of continuing to engage with Jet2 in the future.

I tried purchasing a 75cl bottle of champagne for a friend flying on Jet2 flight LS771 from Manchester to Tenerife on 23/12/[redacted]. After placing the order online and waiting for a referral code, I called today for an update. The agent mentioned that the champagne is only available for two passengers on board. I'm looking for an alternative, like a quarter bottle from the in-flight bar. I am willing to pre-pay to keep it a surprise. Can you assist me with this request? Jet2 did not disclose a significant issue that impacted our vacation experience. During our stay at a hotel, the Women's Madeira Open tennis tournament caused excessive noise from early morning until late at night. The loud music, crowd noise, and filming disrupted our stay, making it impossible to open the windows. Even late-night party noise caused our windows to vibrate, affecting our peace. The hotel manager had to relocate us due to the disturbance. This unforeseen situation ruined our first six days of the trip, and we are seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

On 9/3/23, my flight from Stansted to Turkey with Jet2 was diverted to Manchester due to a technical issue. Despite needing special assistance, I had difficulty descending in severe weather to board another plane. We were only offered soft drinks as an apology, no hot beverages. Originally scheduled to arrive in Antalya at 3.15 pm, we reached our hotel around 9.50 pm. The delay could have been minimized if not for the prolonged wait during the first flight. I booked a flight from Stansted to Larnaca yesterday, but there was an issue with the payment process. My bank confirmed that the payment of [redacted].52 went through to you, but I have not received any confirmation or tickets from your end. When I contacted you this morning, I was informed that the money had not been received, despite what my bank says. The bank provided me with an authorization number [redacted] to cancel the transaction. Can you please assist me in resolving this matter and refunding the amount?

I booked an excursion for the 15th of June in Mijas Pueblo with reference number [redacted]0/S23H. The booking promised a pick-up transfer. However, I received the pick-up details stating that I need to go to a hotel in a town 30 minutes away by bus in Fuengirola. I am disappointed as I was expecting to be picked up from my hotel or within the same town. Can you please explain why I am not being picked up locally and let me know how to proceed with a refund if this issue cannot be resolved. Thank you.

We recently returned from a lovely holiday in Montenegro. Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel was nice, food was enjoyable, and there were good meal options. However, when checking in on the Jet2 app for our group of four, we were disappointed to find our seats were not together on both flights. While not a major issue for adults, it would have been preferable to sit closer together, especially on a bumpy flight. The Hotel Iberostar Bellevue was pleasant, but our room ([redacted]) differed from our relatives' ([redacted]) with lino flooring and limited seating due to an extra bed. The noise from rainwater runoff through the wall disturbed our sleep, but reception was unable to offer a satisfactory room change. In the future, it would be nice to sit together on flights when checking in. Despite these issues, the hotel was good overall, but room [redacted] should be avoided until plumbing concerns are addressed. We're looking forward to our next trip to Tenerife with Jet2 and hope for a resolution to these minor inconveniences. Thank you, Martin & Elaine.

I consistently receive text messages intended for a Miss Aydemir who is currently on vacation in Corfu. Although unfamiliar with her, it seems she has some inquiries pending. Due to the mix-up, I have been receiving her messages and she may not be aware of it. Given the circumstances, it is imperative that every possible attempt is made to locate Miss Aydemir. I only possess limited details from the text messages: Miss Aydemir is in Corfu, and individuals named 'Panos' and 'Sebrina' (Jet 2 helpers) are trying to reach her. Panos mentioned attempts to call her, yet I have not received any missed calls on my number. For your records only and not for contact purposes, the number mentioned in the text messages is 07[redacted]18. I do not expect a reply, but I genuinely hope Miss Aydemir is located.

Dear Jet2, On September 30th, my family of five, including our 3-year-old grandson, booked an all-inclusive holiday at the Carreta Beach Resort and Waterpark in Zante. Concerns have arisen due to recent poor reviews, which were not as prevalent at the time of booking. Despite expecting some negative feedback, the volume of criticism is troubling. I recently returned from Dalaman, Turkey on Sunday morning to Manchester on flight LS922. Upon arriving home, I discovered that I had left my purse with cash and bank cards in the pocket of the seat in front of me. I was sitting in seat 51D. I have completed an online form, but I am aware of the exact location where I left it, and since there were no other passengers leaving the plane after us, the cleaners were next on the aircraft. I am puzzled as to why I have not been notified if they found it. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone at the airport or at Jet2 upon my arrival home, and I have not received any updates. Saga Insurance, I require a detailed breakdown of the expenses for our holiday, including taxes, fees, and charges. Unfortunately, I do not have this information on hand.
