We have a holiday booked with Jet* Holidays to Tenerife in September this year, due to Government health guidelines I wish to postpone this Holiday to next year. I feel it is not recommended to travel abroad unless it is essential travel as stated by the government.*I am being asked to pay my full balance which was due on the ********* and risk losing my deposit of £*** if this is not paid in full. As I am travelling to a country with strict guidelines on the current pandemic I feel I am within my rights to ask for my deposit to be transferred to the same holiday next year or be refunded my deposit. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.
