Can you please tell me if this first of April holiday is still going ahead I booked it on Friday the payment was pending until today now it is out of my account but your company is saying nothing is flying out if this is the case can you refund me a s a p please I have tried since Friday to speak with someone I know it’s mayhem but why take the payment if you have known since Friday this was happening

Hats off to jet * we were due to travel to Benidorm on the *st of April but with the virus affecting all countries I rang and asked what I could do I was offered a change of date free of charge or a full refund I chose a refund as we don't know what is going to happen in the future got an email to say refund would be with me in * to * days it was put in my bank within * days well done to you all under the circumstances I didn't have to wait excellent service
