We flew to Malta on Thursday ** October from East Midlands airport, everything was great till we arrived at the hotel. We where stopping at the Labranda riviera hotel and Spa, we struggled to get our luggage and myself in as I'm in a wheelchair my husband put me and the cases to the side while he went to the desk. He then came back only to say we weren't booked in, they took a copy of the paper work to look into the matter. We were then stuck for a drink or something to eat as we were all inclusive but that didn't start till we were booked in, we had no choice but to pay for a drink we had left home at *.** in the morning it was a good job we had in flight meals. The hotel finally sorted it out and checked us in only to find that lunch service was finished, we were told we could get a bit to eat at the pool bar only to find it was closed down. Luckily they had managed to get me a room with adapted bathroom, we can't believe this happened as my husband did the booking on the phone to make sure the holiday was suitable for a disabled person, we were assured it was it very stressful for me to be told we weren't booked into the hotel we just didn't expect to be told this on arrival.
