The issue in GetHuman-karencos's own words
Hi we are due to fly out to Grand Canaria on the ** July for ** days we were told at night that our hotel is being changed to a different resort. I am absolutely gutted we holidayed there last year and loved it so much we booked again for this year straight away along with daughter and her partner. I realize that it is not jet * fault but the hotel we are being g offered is in a place we would never have booked . It's in a town and on a busy road . A short walk to the beach but steep steps down to the beach . I know I won't be able to go to the beach as with my illness I cant make the stairs. Our original hotel was in a quite resort San Augusta and walked straight on the beach . Anyway we accepted we had to move but what is annoying me they sent a email to my husband with the two bookings outsrlf and my daughter's saying that the move and room available which was seaview meaning that we would not be on the main busy noisy road* Well today my husband printed out the new vouchers to realise our to is a basic one overlooking the road and above shop revamping and building work. My daughter and partner have been offered compensation and a seaview room when I phoned to question it they said they would phone us back but haven't . We realised too late that they had originally send us the two emails but both were my daughter's booking instead of ours (their mistake ) so when we saw two seaview rooms we assumed that it was one for each of us
