I originally booked a flight from Mumbai, departing on **th March ****, **:** arriving at Bagdogra on **:**.*I received an email saying the schedule date has been changed to **th march. This has caused inconvenience and when i tried to call i was given apologies or said to find another flight if this wasn't convenient. I was dealt with rudely on the phone which i am not quite happy about. I had booked the specific date and time in convenience to the another flight timings but now because of this change i have to stay overnight at Mumbai causing me more expense. If this was the case i believe Jet airways should be responsible for the passengers on such circumstance. *Due to this i now had to book a hotel room costing me £**.** GBP for just a night stay.*I would like and appreciate to be compensated for the stay overnight as this is not a fault from my behalf. And also with the amount of times i tried to call the customer service and receiving no help in return. **I hope you look into this matter.*Thankyou.
