Help with my Jet Airways issue

Hello*This is Masowon Phungshok here. I had booked the my ticket through US travel agency. *----------------------------------------------------------------------------- *TICKET: *W*ETKT *** ********** FOR PHUNGSHOK*MASOWON* *TICKET: EK*ETKT *** ********** FOR PHUNGSHOK*MASOWON ** Today (******) I flew from Mumbai to Bengaluru. And about to fly for My destination Imphal. Which the jet airways flight we're all cancelled. I asked the counter staff to adjust with any other flight to reach imphal. Because I have a very important appointment in imphal the next day. Thay send me from one counter to another counter which nobody wants to handle it. Whole day I waste my time in the airport for this reason. I cried and asked one of the staff where I am I supposed to go and rest for these two days as I don't have anybody in bangalore to stay with. I was told by him that I have to manage myself for the hotel accommodation (rediculous ). On top of that they loose my luggage which make my blood pressure high. Saathvik from baggage section helped mr out to find my luggage. I thank you do much for that. Think about it! How pissed Off you will be, if you are in my position today. After standing and struggling to get a flight for * hours, one of the staff told me that Only after three days the flight is available. Imagine three days!!! In the middle of my journey I still have to wait for another three days to get a flight. All the costs for my passport appointment is also wasted now. They finally told me to cancelled the booking and book with another one. So I did the same. **And then later I book my new ticket with Indigo for the next day which costs me * *****.****Plus excess baggage for ** KGS as my luggage weight was **kgs from Mumbai to Bangalore. Iam forced to pay by your staff. **After the cancellation of my booking, they told me that the ticket was made through US currency. So they could not process from the counter. This is the reason why Iam writing it to you, to kindly do the refund. **I will be more than happy if you can refund me. I have lost arround * ********For this reason I have to take a new appointment for my passport and pay the additional charges
