I took my Jeep Compass in for service on ********. I needed an oil change and to have them investigate some intermitten problems with the radio and reverse camera. I dropped the vehicle off at *:** am and called about the problem at *:** pm. The technician said they hadn't figured out the problem yet. When I arrived at the shop at *:** pm I found that they had not even looked at the vehicle for ** hours nothing was even done. The dealership is Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bayside Queens. That is terrible service
