I ordered a vehicle on the at the beginning of September. Dealer promised that it was shipped this Tuesday and should be here within next couple of days. Dealer is less than thirteen hours from the plant. I have asked daily about the status of the vehicle, and dealership states they can only see when it leaves a yard. Left Stickley yard on Tuesday. Although they have tried several times a day, they are not returned calls confirming status of the shipment. I am a disabled vet and require assistance when traveling. I have a relative meeting me and my hand-off person on Saturday, who is flying into Minneapolis from California so that we can travel by land to visit my parents in California, whom I have not seen in five years. I cannot fly. Mechanics have been on standby since the vehicle left Ohio on Tuesday to switch out apparatus from the jeep I have now to the new one. I am sorry to offload all of this information on you, but I cannot understand how a first class letter can be tracked, and a vehicle cannot. I am out of options and do not know where to obtain accurate information. I cannot miss this hand-off in Minneapolis. I would like Jeep to confirm the location of the vehicle and ensure that it is here in time for met to meet my relative in Minneapolis. Thank you
