Hello everyone, I'm excited to share a dream I had recently. I envisioned a Jeep Hollywood [redacted], a unique combination of a Jeep truck and a Suburban/Tahoe, offering more room than the Grand Cherokee with a third row seating option. The dream was so detailed and vivid that I truly believe this could be a fantastic vehicle concept for the future. I'm sharing this idea in the hopes that it might inspire some innovative thinking within the automotive industry. Feel free to spread the word and who knows, maybe one day we'll see the Jeep Hollywood [redacted] on the roads. Thanks for listening! 😊

Hello, I recently bought a new [redacted] Jeep Cherokee Limited and overall, I am happy with it. However, I am facing one significant issue - the driver's seat. As a 5'4" individual with sciatic nerve problems, I struggle to find a comfortable position in the seat. Excessive pressure on the bottom of my thigh leads to pain radiating down my leg and causing numbness. Despite adjusting the seat multiple times, I cannot find a position that alleviates this discomfort. The seat's front does not tilt down enough to relieve the stress on my thighs, even though there is sufficient height adjustment. I have tried various seat cushions without success. I am wondering if there is a seat adjustment kit or modification available to lower or tilt the front of the seat beyond the power seat control's limitations. If this issue cannot be resolved or significantly improved, I may need to consider selling the vehicle. I am hopeful for any suggestions you may have. Thank you, Steve K.

I found an oil leak on my [redacted] Jeep Wrangler purchased from Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City, NV. On October 25, [redacted], I took it to the Subaru Dealer, who then sent it to the Dodge/Jeep dealer nearby. The customer service experience has been extremely poor with a lack of communication, leaving me in the dark about my Jeep. I have been making all the calls to get updates. The issues identified were an oil cooler leak and a rear main seal leak.

I have a Jeep that is still under warranty, but I'm being informed that I have to pay for the repair regarding the Electronic Parking Brake Module Connector Water Intrusion Service Bulletin 08-[redacted]-16. I find it confusing that Jeep released a service bulletin addressing this issue, yet I am being asked to cover the costs. Water is clearly entering the compartment due to a defect, as I am not intentionally getting water into the back wheel area of my vehicle.

I had another frustrating experience at Jim Click Automall during my recent service trip for an oil change on my [redacted] Cherokee. Despite having the "oil change for life" deal, which came with my fifth Jeep purchase, my appointment dragged on. I arrived at 3:20 p.m., and by 4 p.m., my Jeep was already serviced but was not returned to me until 4:15 p.m. I inquired about the delay to a staff member but did not receive a satisfactory response. I even spoke to what I believe was the service manager, expressing my disappointment as I waited unnecessarily for around three hours for a simple transmission update despite being promised it would take the same time as an oil change. The subpar service and time wastage led me to pay $50 previously and consider going elsewhere for service. As a loyal Jeep customer, I expect better treatment and more efficient service. - R. As the owner of a [redacted] Jeep Wrangler Big Bear, I've encountered repeated transmission issues with the torque converter. Despite a new transmission being installed a year ago, the same problem has resurfaced 1 1/2 years later. My dissatisfaction with this vehicle is growing as the recurrent issue has impacted my safety. Regrettably, the service department's assistance and responsiveness have declined since the initial problem arose. I've been left without a solution or temporary vehicle while awaiting a resolution to the transmission problem, for which I've been voicing concerns since early November. Considering these ongoing difficulties, I'm contemplating moving to a different vehicle model or make for a more reliable driving experience.

On December 12, [redacted], I brought my Jeep Compass in for service at Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bayside, Queens. The reason for the visit was an oil change and to address issues with the radio and reverse camera. I dropped off my car at 6:00 am and inquired about the progress at 4:00 pm. The technician informed me that they were still working on diagnosing the problems. Disappointingly, when I returned at 6:00 pm, I discovered that after 12 hours, no work had been completed on my vehicle. This experience left me unsatisfied with the level of service provided.

I encountered an overheating issue with my Jeep Wrangler on Thursday, the 14th of November [redacted]. I drove to the Pinetown dealership in South Africa to have it checked. The dealership discovered a coolant leak between the cylinder heads and from the oil cooler. The company who was supposed to cover the costs refused, leaving me with a bill of R8,[redacted] to pay out of my own pocket. After struggling to afford the amount, I paid on December 17th, only to find the car in worse condition than when I left it. They left oil on the passenger seat where they placed removed parts, the interior was messy with leaves, and the issue was unresolved. I had to arrange for a tow truck as the car now sits unusable in my garage, leaving my family and I stranded. I hope to find assistance to rectify this situation soon.

I recently brought in my JL Wrangler for a steering recall fix, but encountered multiple issues post-service. Despite addressing concerns about cold weather steering limitations, I received an ineffective solution from the technicians. After escalating the matter to corporate and being assigned case #[redacted]3, the response indicated the case was closed without resolution. Upon later inspection, I discovered a dangerous disconnection of the sway bar link on the driver's side, a problem that likely occurred during the previous service. Despite scheduling a fix, the dealership could not provide a loaner vehicle promptly, advising me to drive cautiously. Subsequently, during a [redacted]-mile trip, I observed concerning wobbling in the vehicle. This experience has made me question Jeep's commitment to customer safety and quality service, especially with incidents like a disconnected part left unaddressed post-service. The service advisor's dismissive attitude towards the issue is disheartening. As a long-time enthusiast of Jeep vehicles, this experience has left me uncertain about the brand's dedication to customer satisfaction and safety.

In early June, Owen's Renz & Lee purchased a Jeep Cherokee Overland from BranHaven Jeep in Branford, CT, where I am the Executive Vice President. The vehicle we received did not meet our specific requirements, such as the wrong color leather seats and missing a unique pinstripe we requested. Despite promises to add the pinstripe, delays and excuses were made by Salesman Matt Cestaro. In November, a suggestion was made to use tape instead of paint for the pinstripe, which I accepted. However, the scheduling of this was continuously postponed due to various reasons given by the dealership. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with Matt, I tried contacting the Dealer Principal, Robert Lavallee, without success. It has been 7 months, and the situation remains unresolved. I am considering escalating this matter to consumer protection agencies and other entities if not resolved by January 15th.

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues we have been facing with our new jeep. Despite some repairs being done, several problems still persist, most notably the persistently wet windows on the inside, which present a safety hazard during freezing temperatures. We have had the sunroof fixed due to leaks, which solved the water problem, but the soaked windows persist. The car has been in and out of the shop for various issues like fogged windows, radio display malfunctions, dashboard noises, and check engine alerts. We are disheartened by the lack of progress and customer service in addressing these issues promptly. We seek a resolution to these ongoing problems, whether through necessary repairs, post-warranty assurances, or a potential replacement car. Direct communication with a Jeep representative is desired to ensure our concerns are heard and addressed effectively.

I want to express how much my family adores JEEP vehicles. We are certainly a JEEP family, with a Wrangler, a beautiful old school red Cherokee, and a [redacted] Cherokee all from Cerritos Jeep. We have a little one on the way in July and would greatly benefit from a Jeep stroller wagon to accommodate our expanding family. If there's any way you could consider donating one to us, we would be incredibly grateful. If not, we understand. I have provided my address below for your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration. Alison Valentovich [redacted] Nectar Ave. Lakewood, California [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I own a [redacted] Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that seems to be stuck in limp mode. After fixing all the check engine codes found in the ECM, there are no current codes when using an OBD2 scanner. A transmission mechanic confirmed there are no transmission codes either. The issue persists when shifting from first to second gear at around 20 miles per hour, causing the vehicle to jump out of gear. Reverse function is also limited. I need a nearby dealership to scan my vehicle and potentially reprogram the ECM to disable limp mode. The local dealership does not service vehicles as old as mine. I require an authorized dealer like Jeep to run tests, confirm no issues, and approve the removal of limp mode. If internal issues exist beyond what the check engine codes show, only a proper analysis by an authorized representative can reveal them. Assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I own a [redacted] Jeep Rubicon with the VIN# 1C4HJXFN9LW176378. I have noticed a potential design flaw above the doors regarding the drainage channel. Whenever it rains and I open the front doors, a substantial amount of water flows into the Jeep causing inconvenience and frustration. I am wondering if there are any solutions or aftermarket parts available to address this issue. It seems that extending the drain channel further forward and angling it down along the body between the front windshield and the door could possibly prevent water from entering the vehicle. I adore my Jeep, but this design flaw needs to be rectified as it is quite bothersome.

Hello, I am Fahad from Kuwait. I own a [redacted] Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited Sahara from the Almulla & Behbahani dealership. I encountered an issue with the start-stop function, which stopped working from February [redacted] until December. I visited the dealership, and they replaced the secondary battery, instructing me to run the car for a week. After doing so, it worked briefly but then stopped again. During a second visit, after a week-long inspection, they attributed the problem to the auxiliary lights I recently installed. However, I didn't have these lights from February to November, and when I had them, I ensured they only functioned when the car was running, drawing power from the alternator. The start-stop issue persisted regardless of the lights being connected. Thank you, Fahad.

I own a [redacted] Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 'Oscar Mike' that was purchased new in March [redacted]. The Check Engine light came on in December [redacted], and I took it back to the dealer. They diagnosed the issue as Trouble code C1405 for the transfer case range sensor being high. The dealer replaced the faulty transfer case switch and performed the service, totaling $[redacted].40. Initially, we believed it would be covered under warranty and contacted Jeep, but the dealer said it wasn't covered. Upon reviewing the warranty online, I'm convinced it should be covered. I found out that the issue was not rectified. I can be reached via email or cell phone for further communication. Thank you, Robert J. Gennotti.

Good morning, Bahia! I recently visited the local car dealership to purchase a Jeep Renegade Limited 4x4 1.8 Flex. I inquired about the Renegade Longitude model and whether it also comes with 4x4 and Start-Stop technology. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in stock. I suggested they reach out to the factory since the car is made in Brazil to see if they can produce the car I want. I prefer not to settle for what's in stock but to get the specific model I desire, as advertised on their website - Renegade Longitude and Limited in 4x4, in white. I've been attempting to buy this car for months without success. I simply want to purchase the Renegade Limited or Longitude with 4x4 and Start-Stop technology.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and encountered several issues throughout the process. Initially, I intended to test drive a specific vehicle but was redirected to a different model with more features. After negotiation and confusion with the vehicles, we ended up purchasing the wrong one. Despite the manager's attempts to rectify the situation by offering additional incentives, the experience left us feeling misled and dissatisfied. Moreover, we discovered discrepancies in the final paperwork regarding discounts and insurance coverage. The situation has raised questions about the dealership's integrity and ethical practices, leaving us unsure about the validity of our purchase.

I recently had a check engine light come on in my [redacted] Jeep Cherokee. According to the dealership, the issue was with the transmission control module, and I paid $[redacted] to have it replaced. However, shortly after picking up the car, the light reappeared less than a mile down the road. I promptly returned the car to the dealership, and the following day they informed me that I now need a new transmission. I am currently awaiting a refund for the initial repair cost as I am hesitant to pay $[redacted] for a new transmission with the vehicle at 112k miles. This situation is frustrating and I am seeking clarity on the underlying problem.

My [redacted] Jeep Cherokee Overland had its compressor fail several months ago. The dealer and others have been unable to locate the part, leaving me without air conditioning in the hot climate, which is unbearable. Despite keeping my car for 5 days, it remains unfixed. I am 72 years old and suffered from heat exhaustion, causing me to run into my garage wall. I am frustrated with the lack of explanation and responsiveness from the service providers. I need a quick resolution as I intended to lease another Jeep next year. My request is for a compressor to be sent promptly to Wolfchase Jeep dealership in Memphis.
