Hello * I had my car serviced at **k miles, within the last month at a Jaguar Dealership in Wilmington De. They did several services, including brake inspection. However today, *******, I went to have New Tires mounted, and a technician noticed that there were only two lug nuts, on the front passenger rim. I called the dealership, to be told that they do not remove the tires to inspect brakes. I'm not understanding how a complete brake inspection can be rendered without removing the tires. Bottom line, now I have to pay for a lug kit, that I feel should not be on the owner but the dealership that in my opinion neglected to reapply the * lugs and the lock key. Therefore please provide an explanation, and a solution to my current problem.**Thank you,**Kendric Norwood
