My RS* account got a permanent ban for using cheating software on a old-school account, however the issue is I don't even play old-school runescape and I certainly haven't used any cheating software on my RS* account, I've spent a lot of time on this account and I would really appreciate if you could take a few moments to look and see if there's anything abnormal about the logins between my old-school account and my RS* account that can be looked into to see if there's any possibility of reversing this so I can have access to my RS* account, if someone else was using my login to play old-school runescape it was certainly without my knowledge and any action can be taken against them. If this is not possible can you at least send me information as to what ip address was used in the old-school account.

GetHuman-keanolu did not yet indicate what Jagex Ltd. should do to make this right.
