I am a very long-term Runescape subscriber *more than ** years*. Jagex recently sent me a message to say that my subscription hadn't been paid, probably because I've been issued with a new bank card. When I went to the payment section to try to update my card details to pay my subscription I was invited to renew my subscription at a rate about double what I was paying before. The last time I paid a repeat *-month subscription, the amount was £**.**. Why is it impossible to contact Jagex to ask them about this? I know I've managed to contact them previously when I had a problem with renewing subscription before. It's incredibly frustrating that they don't seem to provide any way to discuss anything with them at all.

How GetHuman3800288 fixed the problem
My problem was that the bank card I had been using to pay my Jagex subscription expired and when I went to the page to resubscribe the only subscription rates displayed were double what I was paying before as a long-term subscriber. In the end, I decided just to go for the cheapest membership rate displayed *the annual rate*, entered my updated card details and went through the resubscribe steps, and before the payment actually went through it did offer me the same rate as I was paying before my card expired. So my membership was renewed at the cheaper rate I had before, but I never did manage to get hold of Jagex at all, as this seems to be something they strongly discourage. Only address available for them seems to be a physical address, so only contact possible is probably snail mail!
