I got a temp chat mute for reasons unknown and I am not being provided with a shred of evidence as to why I was temp muted. if you check my logs I have played for like eight hours in the past several days and not until today did I notice the first temp chat mute and them the perm chat mute. I have not made threats of any kind or purposefully cursed, been belittling or anything.**Also, I have no received ANY evidence as to why I was perm muted or even temp muted even after requesting it.**I believe this is absolutely unwarranted as I did not go so far as to warrant a perm chat ban....ESPECIALLY when I cannot even use quick chat in OSRS.**My perm mute repeal has been denied, as the temporary mute repeal sadly will be also I'm guessing. But it is stated I can see the evidence that caused it while the system does not allow me to see any such evidence of my transgressions, and I have absolutely ZERO options to communicate in game which means there is very little sense to continue playing or buying memberships.**ALL I would like is proof of this evidence that I am supposed to receive according to the site but I have not received a shred of it.**I am begging and pleading to repeal my perm chat mute as, without even quick chat, this spells the end of my OSRS adventure for a mistake I cannot even be shown proof that I committed.**I have truly begged and apologized to the point of even offering that if I ever break and ToS then fully perm ban me, but please give me one SINGLE chance to redeem myself or at least please change the perm chat mute to a long temp mute, possibly make a way to implement quick chat in OSRS so that several dozen hours and money will not be wasted when I am not even receiving the so called evidence of my transgression.
