Dear Customer Service,**Our customer, Tammy Saxon, master debit card has several unauthorized charges on her account that was made on ********** for $**.** each to help.jagex.com. *She did not make the charges, nor did she authorize anyone else to use her debit card to make ** or more charges for $**.** each. We are asking that you cancel all debits*made with master debit card beginning with ****** and ending with **** and refund the funds back to the card. The transactions are in the pending status as of today,*therefore, we are asking if you can send us a confirmation of cancellation so we can suspend the transactions and make the funds back available to our customer.**If you need additional information to resolve this issue, please feel free to contact us.
