This customer service is less than impressive guys :* my baby brother is only ten (I’m **) and forgot his password on RuneScape and we can’t reset it because we don’t know his previous one (and my appeal was rejected). He was crying on the phone to me because he didn’t want to lose all his money and runes and skills :* I know you guys deal with a lot of hacking but this isn’t the case. We have his email address, I can tell you approximately what his old password is.. *Forcing a little kid who innocently forgot his password to recreate his character (which made him cry) is not a good look for you guys. I just started playing again at the new mobile launch and was about to become a member again but will gladly delete my character and game. This is NOT ok and I can’t even phone anyone and keep getting referred to help forms? I am VERY unhappy. His email is M*****@***.com and his old pass was something along the line of Jagger*****!
