I haven't played runescape in over a year. Only simply logged in for * to ** mins every few months to make sure I wasn't hacked. I haven't paid for a runescape membership in over a year but have invested over $*** in membership, cosmetics, and mainly bonds over my accounts existence. I tried to log into today for the same "make sure I'm not hacked routine" and I was greeted with a message that I have been banned. I looked at the offensive via your website and it says it was for botting on April **th ****. I haven't even had membership since **** and the most recent log ins were simply to check my account and make sure it was there and all my gold and bank were safe. I feel that my account has been hijacked and banned for something I didn't do. If it is possible to see a activity log you will see yourself my account log ins and time spent signed in are very little for the past year or two. I have been busy moving and working. I have only lived in two states since the creation of my account. Colorado and Texas. I have lived in Bennet Colorado, big spring Texas, Colorado springs, and also Buena Vista Colorado. If it is possible to confirm IP addresses or even a zip code what I stated is true. Anything outside of the state's and area codes I just provided should be flagged. I have been a solid player on runescape since I started, have paid for over a year membership and even spent money buying bonds to sell and train my crafting with gems. I would be very disappointed to lose my account that I have worked so hard on, achieving *, nearly * **s in firemaking, divination, prayer, and close to crafting. Also acheviving admin in the king of world's clan. I have spent much time and money on this account and will go far and beyond to prove my innocence and that I wasn't active on my account around the time of the offense. I have every single transaction code ever sent. Even the zip codes matching. I ask you jagex, please un ban my account. I am innocent. I do not want to walk away from runescape, but restarting after ** div is unimaginable. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
