I went through the drive through of Jack in the Box at **** N. Main Street Manteca where the rudest young man helped me with my order. He started out by saying over speaker I will be with you in a few minutes which was okay I could think of nicer way to put it. When he came back I placed my order and I was finished I was going to tell him I had a coupon when he said what else do you want and I said I was finished I again tried to tell about coupon but he must have cut off the speaker. I waited about *-* minutes and got to the window. He reached out grabbed my card and the coupon and tried to enter it into the register saying F***ing S**t pounding on the touchscreen keys of the register. Then he called the manager and told her something about the coupon not being clear and he couldn't get it to work right. After manager walked away a girl handed me my bag and he was still charging my card I thanked her and he turned around and handed me my card he never once told me how much he was charging my card and did not even mention any receipt much less give me mine! I was not one little bit rude to him in fact I was a little afraid of what he was going to do so I was extra polite and nice to him a couple of times I really wanted to say if you don't want to be here then go home but I didn't say anything I let him continue on swearing and sighing! I don't usually call back or complain about things but the way I was treated was way out of line and totally uncalled for. I don't know what kind of resolution I want but I do want him to know that the way he treated me is not okay! I probably will not go back to Jack in the Box at least this Jack in the Box over this they have lost my business! There are a lot of places to get fast food where the employees treat you with respect and kindness I will spend my money somewhere else! This was just a horrible experience!*Thank you for listening! *Maryann Albertson
