Hello.*I am trying to talk to a human at jpay.com ***-number. Since I am living in Germany I don't have a US phone number I can use. I do have a jpay account for a year. But I need to talk to a representative. *My girlfriend used to be at Hobby Unit,Tx. She was temporary moved to Dallas County Jail, now she is at Plane Unit, Tx. Bad thing is I can't either send emails or transfer money to my girlfriend anymore. I need help. Can you help me please?*Thank you.*Regards *Andy

I finally got a representative on the phone. After trying different ways to get rid off that automated system I must have punched the "*" button on my keypad. That way I got connected to a human. My issue itself it's not solved. My girlfriend who is an inmate at Plane not to talk with the mailroom there. I hope she will able to find out why jpay not working for her at thid point.
