I live in UK but have been e-mailing & sending money via J-Pay to my my friend James Alfred Ramey *********, Wynne Unit, *** FM ****, Huntsville, Texas *****. US. for several years now with no problem, until Friday **st Dec. Since then although able to log-I to my account am unable to access e -mail no matter what I do or selection I press only available options are to send money or for pre-paid calls. When I tried to send money hoping to be able to use free message to let my friend know why I wasn't able to e-mail him as usual but, was unable to do this either as it appears money transfers are currently not allowed right now. I've tried phoning your number but, only got automated messages n' received no replies to any e-mails I sent as I normally would, so no idea what's wrong or what to do about this, will be grateful for your help with this issue. Although James has been in medical this hasn't prevented me from e-mailing him in the past. Hope you can help, with thanks, Ruth Cairns.
