I placed an order on December *th for a blanket. When placing my order I had a $** off ** or more. This coupon wasn’t working so I contacted customer support. The customer support told me to place the order without the ** off ** and then they will give me a refund within * business days. I still have not received the ** I said I would get back. The second reason thing is I placed the order on December *th. I got a confirmation email on December **th saying I can pick up my order. I drove an hour away from home to pick it up and when I got there they said they didn’t have it. I drive all the way home then the next morning they called and said I can come back and get it. Is there anyway you can help? Please
