I was checking out at your Miller Hill Mall store in Duluth Minnesota and the customer behind me was crowded right up to me looking over my shoulder. The clerk didn't say anything, so I asked her if she could move back for privacy purpose. She got mad and replied she wasn't interested in my information and I must be paranoid. I just said maybe but I have had my card breached before. That appeared to be the end of it, but as I was leaving the clerk apologized to the other customer. I worked retail and had to take an annual course on protecting customers privacy. Many times I had to ask one customer to please give the other customer room for privacy. So I not only had to do the clerks job, she and the other customer were insulted because I didn't want someone looking over my shoulder while I was paying with my credit card. I am not a rude person and I was uncomfortable having to ask her to step back. Wouldn't it be safer and more comfortable for everyone if you properly trained your clerks in protecting customer information? Thank you. Georgine Frost
