Hello I’ve been dealing with an issue regarding sign in and ordering . This has been going on for two weeks. I first tried to place an order online. And could not login I try to set my password and I got locked out. I got locked out a few times. I called and spoke with representative she placed my order and try to help me with the issue but she could not help me. Call back a few days later saying issue. This representative offered to put in a ticket to the IT department told me to call back in ** hours. I did it was not rectified. This time I talked to someone else who told me to call back in ** hours. It was still not taken care of. Last night I talked to a supervisor who said that you were extremely busy because the children were getting ready to go back to school. I don’t see how that has anything to do with the IT department. She told me she has no idea when this could be fixed. I told her I’m trying to buy from your company. Why is it so difficult. In the meantime I placed another order on the phone. Can you help me?
