I recently ordered the Charge * speaker on the JBL website from my iPhone using Apple Pay. I ke*** in the info as I was directed and my card was in fact charged, however I received no info about the order whatsoever, no order number, no confirmation email, nothing. I double checked on my credit card statement that I was charged and I was. I waited a few days thinking that maybe the order was processed correctly anyway but its been at least a week and I haven't received an email or anything.
I trust that JBL will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
