Our internet is running very slowly and when I contacted Iprimus on Friday * December we upgraded to the NBN network. We had also used our montlhly limit of data hence the slow running of the internet and IPrimus offered us a complimentary * gig as our plan renews on the ** December. However the internet is still running very slowly and data is limited. could you please look into this further thank you. We did restart the modem .*Our phone number is **********.
