I purchased an Intex Child's Mermaid Kingdom Play Center Pool, but it did not come with the balls and rings as advertised. Could you please ship them to me? My name is Lori Wilkinson, address [redacted] S Oxford St, Indianapolis, IN [redacted]. I had already inflated the pool before noticing the missing items and would prefer not to deflate it. I am Laura S., and after purchasing a pool a year ago, I noticed severe corrosion causing it to fall apart. I had to dismantle it due to the visible deterioration. Unfortunately, my interaction with Intex's customer service left me disappointed. I expect longevity from the products I buy, not a breakdown in less than a year. The rust-induced tear in the vinyl led to water leakage, damaging both pumps, one of which I personally bought. I urge for a replacement of the pool, pumps, corroded horizontal and vertical beams, as well as the T-joints purchased in a set online.

I recently spent two days setting up our new Intex above-ground pool purchased from Target. The pool is 15 ft by 48" (TCIN# [redacted]4, Order # [redacted][redacted]). While filling it tonight, I had to fix the legs and periodically adjust them. After leaving for a brief shower, I returned to find moisture underneath the pool, indicating a leak at the seal where the floor connects to the wall of the liner. I documented the issue. Despite meticulously preparing the ground with gorilla padding and leveling, the pool leaks in multiple spots. We are disappointed and frustrated by this situation as it will now require us to drain, disassemble, repack, and return the pool. We seek not only an exchange but also compensation for our time and expenses.

I have a large 16x32 pool that we have had for about 18 months, and for the most part, I am satisfied. However, we have experienced rust issues on two corners and one of the beams actually broke. Despite these issues, I am reaching out because I have purchased two Krystal Clear saltwater systems. The first one lasted around a year, and we bought another one this summer, but it has already stopped working. It is frustrating to have to buy a new one every year, particularly when the current one is only 3-5 months old. I love the product when it works, but I am frustrated with this situation. I believe I deserve a replacement or at least a significant discount on my third saltwater system. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Heather H.

I purchased an Intex mobile battery from an Intex service center on Thennamara Street in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The battery is not functioning, and they did not provide a warranty. Instead, the person at the service center wrote a date and signed on the battery. It is surprising that an original battery would stop working within a month. It appears that I may have been misled into receiving a used battery. If they do not replace the battery or refund my money, I will consider taking this matter to the consumer court.

I recently purchased a pool from eBay in March using a coupon. After moving to a new house and levelling the ground for the pool, I set it up last weekend. However, during installation, two of the u-shaped supports became sharp and caused injury to my child. Despite following the setup instructions and watching Intex's video, the corners kept coming loose, posing a safety risk to my children. When one of the u-shaped supports caused injury, the corner came out, resulting in water leakage that damaged my yard. I believed the pool's galvanized steel could withstand water pressure but was mistaken. This situation is unsafe for my kids, and it requires immediate resolution before I provide any feedback on this purchase.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with maintaining my Intex PureSpa Octagonal inflatable spa. I have owned it for about three years and it has been a great investment. Despite regular maintenance, I recently noticed stubborn brown mildew stains forming between the top of the walls and the cover. I have tried various cleaning methods without success. I am looking for a product that can effectively remove these stains, or alternatively, a product that can re-color the affected areas. I bought an Intex 26 x 52 pool for $[redacted] in April [redacted]. After setting it up and using it, we discovered significant rust last year. The pool requires multiple new parts including 4 cross bars and 5 legs due to the extensive rust. The rust has caused damage to the top of the liner as well. My previous experience with two other Intex pools was much better as they lasted for years without any issues. I am disappointed with the quality of this pool and may avoid purchasing from Intex again if this matter is not addressed. The pool was meant for therapy purposes, and I have consistently maintained it. I hope to receive a response soon to resolve this issue. Thank you, Rhonda H.

I placed an order in early June, eagerly anticipating the part's arrival by June 23. The tracking indicates it's with the post office, but they haven't acknowledged its arrival yet. Despite contacting various carriers nationwide, I haven't made progress. UPS advised me to reach out to you. Each time I attempt to call, I'm greeted with a busy signal, which has led to frustration. I'm reaching out for urgent assistance in locating my part promptly. It's been a relentless two-week cycle of chasing this order unsuccessfully, receiving no satisfactory responses, and getting redirected continually. Please provide the necessary help to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently bought a new pool with a sand filter pump, but unfortunately, the pump is defective. I've been waiting for the replacement parts for over a week now. The claim status still shows as 'pending,' and I'm worried things are at a standstill. I drained my 7,[redacted]-gallon pool and refilled it because of this problem, and I really hope to avoid going through that again.

I got a new hot tub last fall in [redacted] due to air leaks. I received it in October but only opened it in May. Unfortunately, the replacement tub arrived without filters or the canister for them. Without these parts, I cannot use the tub because the filtration system is incomplete. I am Andrea Demos-Burns from Canton, Ohio.

My partner and I have purchased three different air mattresses from your Intex brand in the last four months. The first one was the Intex 18-inch Queen DuraBed in tan with a rounded headboard. Unfortunately, it popped within 40 days of purchase. We then bought the 10-inch Downy Queen bed for camping, but after just 2 weeks, it started deflating at night, so we returned it. We bought the same one again, and within less than a week, it too is losing a lot of air while we sleep. We have no pets or children, and the mattresses were never damaged, but they keep losing air. This will be our fourth bed in a six-month period. Are there any coupons or discounts available for our next Intex purchase? Four beds in six months seem a bit excessive to us.

I have been trying to get in touch with your company for the past two weeks. I received my new pump (order #[redacted]71) on 7/23/[redacted], but the timer function is not working. I submitted an email (conf# [redacted]) via your contact form on 7/27/[redacted] and have not received a response, despite your advertised 48-hour response time. I tried again to contact you via the contact form ([redacted] 8/3/[redacted]) a week ago and have still not received a response. I have been attempting to call, but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone as the calls are not being answered or they disconnect after 20-30 minutes. At this point, I would like either a replacement pump or a full refund. If needing to return the product, kindly provide a shipping label. I will also notify the California Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau of my experience.

I purchased an Intex Purespa SSP-H-10-2 last year and set it up in July. Initially, I had issues with plastic shreds in the filter and some grit at the bottom of the spa, but it got better after cleaning. This year, I faced a heating problem with an error code E90. I got the spa from Walmart in Renfrew where I work, and a coworker also got one after my recommendation but faced the same issue. I have tried calling for help, but the automated line just lists operating hours without offering assistance. I would appreciate any help in resolving this heating issue.

I have been holding on the customer service line for about 40 minutes. I'm looking to purchase a Spa Filter Motor for my Intex PureSpa SSP-H-10-2 six-person hot tub. The manual lists two different motors - [redacted] and 11885B, but it doesn't specify which one is compatible. The spa was bought in [redacted] and is out of warranty. I only want to buy the filter motor. The orange label on the housing reads: Model: SSP-H-10-2 [redacted]-120V, 60Hz, 12A Heating: 1300W Filter Pump: 50W / 12V- Bubble: 800W Maximum Flow Rate: [redacted] gal/h (1,741Lh) I am seeking the correct part number and instructions for purchasing without enduring long hold times. I have spoken to multiple representatives but have had no luck getting assistance. The manager, Carl, left me a message to call him back at extension [redacted], but whenever I try, nobody picks up, and there's no way to leave a voicemail. Customer service is equally unresponsive, either not picking up or asking me to call back during business hours. We were given the wrong hot tub spa model, and now we just need a shipping label to return it and get the correct one. Additionally, I was double-charged for the mat under the tub and need a refund. I'm very frustrated with this situation and someone urgently needs to address these issues.

I bought a double queen inflatable mattress by Intex from Walmart. After inflating it, I noticed it doesn't hold air for more than two days. I suspect there might be a small hole or a seam that popped. I contacted Walmart, but they advised me to get in touch with you directly for a replacement since they don't return opened inflatable mattresses. I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks, but no one has called me back. When I try calling, the customer service number mentions high wait times and hangs up on me. This level of service is unprofessional. Despite sending emails, I keep receiving responses instructing me to call the same unresponsive number. As a last resort, I have filed a claim with the BBB. I will remove it once this matter is resolved. If not, I might have to share my experience on social media and other platforms to alert others about my negative experience.

I am experiencing issues with my heater and circulation buttons. Despite changing the filters, I am unable to operate these functions. The customer service experience has been frustrating as I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks, spending hours on hold without reaching a representative. I purchased the product for $[redacted] on December 4, [redacted], and have only used it a handful of times. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and demand a new pump or motor to restore the functionality of the air/heater/circulation unit. It is disappointing that I cannot enjoy the product I invested in, especially during the holiday weekend when I had plans with my partner. This situation has left me thoroughly unsatisfied with Intex in every aspect.
