A few days ago, my account was compromised by a hacker who deleted some of my photos. Fortunately, I managed to recover my account by resetting the password through my linked Facebook account. Most of my deleted pictures were found in the "recently deleted" section and restored. However, two photos are still missing despite my attempts to recover them. I am experiencing a problem with my Instagram account as it does not have the latest features and updates such as Chat colour themes, Swipe message to reply, and reacting on messages. Despite reaching out multiple times through email, Instagram has not addressed the issue and the service has been disappointing so far. My username on Instagram is _sanket.01. I have attempted to reinstall the app without success. Interestingly, when I access someone else's account on my phone, they have access to the latest features. I need assistance regarding my locked account on Instagram. Yesterday, it was mistakenly locked due to a phishing attempt. A security code was sent to the email on my account, which I no longer have access to. I only have my current mobile number linked to the account, but I cannot receive the SMS code. The ongoing situation has been quite frustrating, and unfortunately, I anticipate it will continue to be so until it is resolved. I am a small business owner who goes by the handle @charmedbyjessie on Instagram. I've maintained this account for five years, but I am currently locked out. This issue arose about two weeks ago with a message stating, "your account has been compromised, please change your password to regain access." Despite numerous attempts with my original password, I have been unsuccessful in logging in. Although the common advice is to click "forgot password," after doing so, no email has been received, even after checking my spam folder. I have repeated this process many times without success. When prompted to input my number, a link is sent that leads me to an unfamiliar image, which I can provide if necessary. Hello, I have been trying to create an Instagram account for almost a year now, but I keep encountering issues. Every time I try to access my account, it gets instantly banned even though I have not posted anything yet. My username, "RocaTeithmore," is not offensive in any way, so I am confused about what violation I may have committed just by creating an account. I have utilized face recognition on my phone to store certain passwords but recently faced an issue with automatic login on Instagram leading to my account being blocked. Despite following the steps for re-verification via email code, my account seems to have been permanently removed. I can still find my account by searching for my screen name, Radman731, but I fear losing contacts and friends. I even attached a screen capture of the hijacked page. Recently on my Instagram page, I've been seeing the following message: "Your account has been temporarily locked. We detected suspicious activity on your Instagram account and have therefore blocked it for security reasons. Your account may be unprotected because you entered your password on a website designed to look like Instagram, a type of attack known as phishing. The next steps will allow you to confirm your identity to protect your account. Then you can log in again." Now it says: "We are limiting the frequency of certain actions you perform on Instagram to protect our Instagram community. If you think we made a mistake, let us know." It says "Contact Us," but it's not working. What should I do?

Hello, my name is Oceanne. I have been locked out of my Instagram account for two weeks now. While I was on Instagram, someone I don't know logged into my account. I changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication, but I realized the associated email is inaccessible to me. Hello, I am writing to inform you that my account has been blocked due to PHISHING because I was using an app to keep track of my followers, blocks, and such. When I click continue after getting the message that my account has been blocked for PHISHING, it says an SMS will be sent to a number ending in [redacted], but I never receive it. I have tried everything - changing to a different Wi-Fi network, turning off my phone for 15 minutes, removing and reinserting the SIM card - but nothing works. Only you can remove this block because I am not receiving any SMS from Instagram. Here is my phone number for verification: [redacted] 02 20 85. Hello, I'm Bhargav Chandani, known as @bunnystagramm on Instagram. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and even though I enabled two-factor authentication, I did not have my recovery codes. I contacted Instagram support through the app, and shortly after, I received an email from Facebook with a code instructing me to take a photo holding the code and my username to verify my identity. Fortunately, I successfully regained access to my account. Subsequently, I generated new 8-digit recovery codes and saved them on my phone. However, when I tried to log in again to change my password, Instagram prompted me to wait for a few minutes before logging in, despite having the recovery codes. I've been attempting to log back in using the recovery codes since this morning without success. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
