I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my account since yesterday. I have been reaching out for support via email since 9 a.m. today. Despite following the steps to reset my password with a strong one, I am uncertain whether the reset was successful. Every attempt to access my account prompts for a code to be sent to my phone number. Despite the system indicating that the code was sent, I have not received it. This issue has been challenging, and I am starting to regret using two-step verification, despite never encountering problems with it before. I have also sent a photo along with the code [redacted], my username, and my face to the support team as requested to verify my ownership of the account.

My account was blocked for a week because I tried out websites that could increase my likes and followers. I understand why it was blocked, and I haven't visited those sites since realizing it violated the guidelines. Then, I got blocked for two more weeks because I couldn't recall my old password, even though I used Facebook to log in. During the ban, I wanted to show my support for Black Lives Matter and share videos of me playing the guitar, which helps with my depression and anxiety. Not being able to do so has been tough on my mental health. I would really appreciate it if you could lift the restrictions on my account to post, like, and follow others, as it's crucial for my well-being. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is important to me!

Every time I try to recover it, he hacks it again because he has a trusted account. I am willing to go to any lengths to prove my identity, even with a video call. My account has been compromised! I received an email alerting me that someone on a Samsung device is accessing my account and posting sensitive content. The email I provided notified me that an unknown device logged into my account. When I attempted to log back in, I was unexpectedly logged out and my account was disabled without any explanation. I am certain this is an error, and I am becoming anxious for my safety as I have important personal data stored there. This account is crucial for my business activities, and it took considerable time to build. I encountered no issues until this recent intrusion. I sincerely hope my plea is reviewed. Hello, I manage the account @itsallonsight and I am facing an unfamiliar issue. It seems like there might have been a mistake in disabling my page because I have not received any warnings or had any posts removed for several months. I am both shocked and upset that Instagram, the platform I have chosen to grow on, has abruptly removed my page without any proper explanation. I have dedicated a great deal of time, effort, and money into my page, intending to bring joy to my followers through entertainment and humor. Since none of my posts were taken down, I assumed all was well. I temporarily disabled my Instagram account and now I can't access it. My account is not linked to Facebook, so the only way in is through two-factor authentication. Even after trying the codes sent to my phone and email, all I see is a black screen. Instagram's support has been unhelpful, as reset password attempts and login links are not working. I've filled out support forms with no response. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated. I believe Instagram should allow reactivation via email or bypass two-factor authentication for temporarily disabled accounts. I'd like to bypass the two-factor authentication step for disabled accounts or have this bug fixed entirely.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with a page that goes by the name @ladyauthentic on Instagram, which has since changed to @womendesignergear. This page has engaged in fraudulent activity, leading me to be a victim of their scam. They misrepresented their merchandise, falsely claiming to sell and ship products that never actually arrive. Despite my attempts to reach out for a refund through Cash App, I have been blocked from all communication channels including my personal page @missdojane, business page @shopdojane, and even a fake account I created to address the situation. This scam has caused me financial loss, and I fear that others might fall victim to their deceitful practices as well. I have evidence in the form of screenshots to support my claims and I urge for the removal of their page to prevent further harm to unsuspecting individuals.

My Instagram account has been banned for one week due to a violation of community guidelines. The ban was scheduled to be lifted on the 22nd. However, upon trying to log in again, I was prompted to change my password. Unfortunately, I cannot change my password as the One-Time Password (OTP) needed is being sent to an old email address I no longer have access to. My usual Instagram profile, cutts.art100, has disappeared and has been replaced by an older one, cutts287, which I don't remember creating. The new profile does not have any of my posts, but it has my photo and name, Adam Cutts. When I search for my regular profile, cutts.art100, it's still online, but I can't seem to recover it with my posting history intact. This change happened today unexpectedly.

I need help with my Instagram accounts. One was created in [redacted] and the other a year ago. When I log in from my phone or tablet, everything works fine. However, when I log in from a PC on either account, only in my second account can I access my direct messages. Both accounts are "Creator" accounts and were created the same way. It's puzzling why this difference exists. I primarily use the first account, but the DMs are only accessible on the second one from the PC or laptop. Despite generating codes successfully, I was unable to log in, and my DuoMobile account was deleted.
