My account, studiojoe86, has been locked and requires identity verification. The account was created over a decade ago using my university email, which I can no longer access. I tried reaching out to my school's Helpdesk, but my email has been deleted, making it impossible to receive the verification code. The old email linked to the account, [redacted], is inactive. If I could update it to my current email, [redacted], I could receive the verification code and resolve this issue. Instagram's support options suggest creating a new account, which I would prefer to avoid. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've had to create a second account as my business account, @riyaprestonfx, with 17.2k followers, was unexpectedly deleted. I've been facing issues with people using my picture and attempted to get verified without success. Recently, one of the fake accounts I reported was successfully removed. Strangely, my work account was taken down even though it was genuine. I've been trying to resolve this by submitting my ID (passport and driver's license), but it keeps showing an error message and stating that it's being reviewed. Being away on vacation for the past week, I've struggled to address this matter. As this account is crucial for my income and networking, I'm desperate for assistance in reclaiming my account. I possess all the necessary IDs and evidence to prove that @riyaprestonfx is legitimately mine.

Hello! I need assistance recovering my mistakenly deleted Instagram account, which is crucial for promoting my artwork. Despite complying with the terms and conditions, my account was removed in error. I recently shared a post announcing a giveaway winner from my artwork, only to find my account gone. The post was positive and meant for a friend named Amy Waldon-Cardamone, celebrating her win. I encouraged others to sign up for updates on my website in a friendly manner. Strangely, the same post appeared on Facebook without any issues. Can someone please help me restore my account 'volgenau_art' with its content and contacts? I'm hopeful for a positive outcome. I recently upgraded from my old iPhone to a new one. I last accessed my account four days ago. Now, when I try to log in with my username @rubiasol_, it prompts me to enter a code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Additionally, I have used up all my backup codes and was unaware they could only be used once. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and the outdated phone number is [redacted]6 (I am unable to receive codes through this number). I typically sign in using my iPhone X and iPhone 8 but am currently attempting to log in using my iPhone 11 Pro Max through the app. This situation is affecting my business, and I urgently need access to my account. Hello, I am experiencing an unusual issue with my Instagram accounts. I have two accounts: one personal account named @Lizzy_Donutz and the other for my artwork named @bombshellelizabeth. Whenever I attempt to log into my personal account, @Lizzy_Donutz, it consistently redirects me to @bombshellelizabeth. They both appear to be linked to @lizzy_donutz, but I always end up accessing @bombshellelizabeth instead, which should not be the case. I was attempting to switch the associated emails, and I believe an error occurred during this process, leading to the current problem. I was trying to assign my personal account, Lizzy_Donutz, to my [redacted] email address, and my artwork account, BombshellElizabeth, to [redacted] I am unsure if I made an error during the process or if an unknown issue caused this confusion. It's as if my Lizzy_Donutz account is inaccessible, although I am sure it exists. I can provide images to illustrate my point.

Hello, I have been trying to contact you for almost a month without any response. The help center has not been helpful. I am attempting to update my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] and change my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. While I see that the email has been changed, I am unable to log in because the system is sending confirmations to my old email and phone number. I have already provided all the necessary details and even sent a picture as requested. I have been waiting too long for the service I need. Please address this issue promptly as I have clearly stated the problem in my previous emails. I will continue to follow up until this matter is resolved.

Hello team, my account, _makam_, has been disabled, and I am unsure why this happened. A friend sent me a video on WhatsApp and asked me to forward it through Instagram. Without viewing the video, I sent it, and shortly after, my Instagram account was deleted. This is critical for me as I am taking online courses, and even my Facebook account has been affected. I have been attempting to resolve an ongoing issue for months with no success. The company I work for is facing a problem with our business Instagram account which has been hacked. We did not receive any notifications regarding the account compromise; one day, we simply could not log in. The hacker changed the original username, password, and email associated with the account. When attempting to reset the password using Instagram's "forgot password" feature, the email notification goes directly to the hacker. Despite following all the steps outlined on Instagram's Help page, I have been unable to regain access to the account. If you require any additional information to assist with resolving this issue, please let me know. I hope you can provide a solution to this problem that Instagram should have been able to address initially. If recovering the account is not viable, deleting it and creating a new one is an acceptable alternative.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram account being blocked, even though I believe I have not breached any Community guidelines. Recently, my account got hacked by a Russian email address, and both my friends and I, using a secondary account "leni_klfr," reported the incident. Following Instagram's instructions, I managed to regain access, changed my email, but then my "leniklfr" account got disabled a few days later. I am unable to complete the ID form as it shows an error message. When attempting to log in with my email or phone number, I am unsuccessful. I am concerned that my account may have been deleted already. Given the significant personal memories stored on my account, I urge Instagram to review my case as I am confident I have not violated any guidelines and wish to recover my account. I recently shared a post on my Instagram feed that was flagged for mentioning self-harm and suicide. I have appealed the removal of the post but have not received any response yet. Hello, I need assistance as I've been unable to access my personal Facebook account under the name Duncan Neil and my work Instagram account named earthedfabrics for more than a week. This predicament extends to our work Facebook account with the same name, earthedfabrics. Upon login attempts, I receive notifications stating the accounts have been disabled due to violations of terms and conditions, with a list of infractions provided by FB/Instagram. Our business activities center around linen production, specifically sharing fabric and interior images. My personal account's latest post was sharing a Facebook memory. Hello! I would like to recover my hacked account. Yesterday, I received a suspicious login message on a phone that wasn't mine. When trying to change the password, the email shown for sending the security code wasn't mine. It stated: send security code to a*****[redacted], which is not the email I originally used for this account. The password hasn't been changed, just the email because when I input my password, that email shows up. I would like to revert to my original email and regain access to my account. Please, if possible, I would appreciate a swift resolution. I am willing to do whatever it takes to prove that I am the rightful owner of this account. I have already contacted Instagram's support, but they are not responding. Please help me as soon as you can. Thank you very much.

Good Afternoon, My name is Amy Fuller, and my Instagram account (@fyeahhargitay) has been wrongly disabled for over a week now for “pretending to be someone else.” I want to clarify that I have never pretended to be someone else, and nowhere on my page does it state I am anyone else but myself. I created a backup page, which has been taken down for the same reason, which is absurd. I noticed you work at Facebook/Instagram, so I'm hoping you can spare a few seconds of your day to assist me. My Instagram page is vital to the success of my business, and even though it is a fan page, it is my sole source of income to provide for my family. I have been attempting to regain access for a while, but FB/IG have not responded to my numerous messages and appeals. I have sent the required code with my name, username, and a selfie to the provided email and have received no response. Additionally, I have submitted forms of identification, including my driver's license, birth certificate, and passport. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me by connecting me with the appropriate individuals or possibly reactivating my account. Despite sending numerous appeals and emails, I am losing business and income. While I understand this issue is not your fault specifically, I am reaching out to seek your help or guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Hello, I recently had my Instagram account disabled today due to Instagram stating that I'm “pretending to be someone I’m not”. My account is @icanmakeyobedrock. The email associated with it is [redacted] and the phone number is [redacted]. I've had this account since [redacted] and I believe I have always followed the guidelines. I classify my account as a fan page as indicated by the “Fan Page” category in my bio. This account holds sentimental value to me and serves as an escape where I express my feelings and communicate with friends. I had also linked this account to Facebook. Previously, my website had connection problems and Instagram may have flagged it as an unsafe site. My website serves as a portfolio for my videos and photography. I've recently encountered an issue on Instagram where I'm unable to engage with posts or follow/unfollow accounts. On February 10th, my account was compromised, and I now find myself unable to access it. Despite repeated emails to Instagram's support team, they have ceased responding altogether. Despite providing proof of my identity multiple times, I'm also not receiving any security codes on my phone number. This situation has left me feeling incredibly frustrated.
