I was hacked last night (********), I was able to get back into my account, but now I was logged out again and it’s saying I need to help secure that I own the account, I click the help secure button but it goes to the help center with common questions, or when I try logging in it glitches or says “error challenge required”, i’ve tried a different device and different wifi, i’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it and it’s still saying the same thing, i’ve tried resetting my password too and that doesn’t do anything. When I do the need more help option on my boyfriends account it doesn’t go to the help center like it does for my account, it goes to sending a code to either his phone or email to secure his account. I am really frustrated because I don’t know what else to do. Please I need help.
