I am experiencing issues with my Instagram accounts. My original account @delaiiina was hacked, and despite numerous reports, it remains disabled. My new account @delainacm is consistently action blocked, unlike my friends' accounts. I use Instagram for safe and enjoyable purposes and would like to resolve these problems. I am requesting that Instagram restore my @delainacm account, delete the compromised @delaiiina account, and remove @lainabanaina. I found the Help Center Page unhelpful and am seeking assistance. I am encountering an issue when attempting to log into my account. An error message prompts me to complete a challenge. Despite numerous attempts, including password resets and trying different devices, I continue to face this issue. The app was working correctly until approximately 8/9 pm last night. I am distressed by this situation since I have used the app for many years, amassed a significant following, and stored over [redacted] cherished pictures. Hello, I recently lost my phone, and now I'm encountering issues logging into Instagram on my new device. The security check prompts me to confirm my identity through my old cellphone number, which I no longer have access to as I no longer use that SIM card. Additionally, since I didn't provide an email when registering, I can't confirm my identity via email. I have my username and password but am unable to access my account due to this security measure. On Saturday, December 21st, I lost access to my account due to hacking. Around 5 pm, unauthorized pictures were posted, tagging random followers. Though I removed the post and altered my password, the next day Instagram locked my account citing suspicious activity. Now, to recover my account, Instagram is requesting a security code to an email not linked to my account, possibly changed by the hacker.

I got logged out of my account and now it's asking me to verify with a security code sent to an email I no longer have access to. I am seeking assistance regarding a matter of urgency that I would greatly appreciate help with. Initially, I had a private account exclusively for close friends, which later turned into a personal photo storage. The email associated with the account was a non-existent one, which now prevents me from accessing the account after an alert flagged suspicious activity when I tried to log in with my new phone. It is imperative that the account remains out of unauthorized hands. If someone were to create an email matching my old Instagram account, they could potentially access all my personal photos, a risk I cannot afford. While I acknowledge the oversight of linking the account to a fake email initially, I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Retrieving the account itself is not necessary; however, being able to view the linked email to either secure it or delete the account is crucial. I can supply the username and password for the account as needed. Any assistance extended on this matter would be sincerely valued.

Hello, I am in need of help. I am struggling to verify my Instagram account with my old registered phone number. Every time I try to access my account, it asks for verification with a number that is no longer in service. I have updated my new number, but the system still prompts me to use the old one. I am having trouble accessing my account as I keep getting prompted for a 6-digit verification code. However, once I enter the code, it requests further verification. I have been using this account for 3-4 years and would rather not have to start over. This issue seems to be affecting multiple users with similar problems. My email and phone number are accurate. After creating a website to sell my full-sized photos posted on Instagram, I promoted 3 of my past posts. My account is little_tokyo_setter, and my website is littletokyosetter.com. Since the promotions ended, my newer posts have seen a significant decrease in non-follower traffic. The current post has 8% non-follower traffic, while it used to be between 65% and 90% before the promotions. I used to believe that good content would always get a good response without being shadow banned. Despite reading about shadow banning, I suspect Instagram might do this to push users to pay for more engagement. If this is the case, I do not wish to pay for engagement. I feel like Instagram might target users for profit, especially those seeking instant gratification like in gambling. If this is true, it is concerning and unfair. I am considering leaving Instagram due to these suspicions and lack of transparency and would appreciate any insights or assistance. Thank you, -Henry-

In August, my account was hacked and is still compromised. I attempted to retrieve a code using my phone number and Gmail, but haven't been successful. Last night (12/22/19), my account was hacked. Although I managed to regain access initially, I have been logged out again. When attempting to secure the account, I click the "Help Secure" button, but it only leads me to common questions in the help center. Upon logging in, I encounter glitches or receive an "Error Challenge Required" message. I have tried using a different device and Wi-Fi network, deleted and reinstalled the app, as well as reset my password, all without success. Interestingly, when using my boyfriend's account to seek further assistance, it directs us to send a code to his phone or email for security. I am feeling extremely frustrated as I am unsure of what steps to take next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had an Instagram account that was set to private. While actively engaging with a friend's post and messaging her, I got unexpectedly logged out. I appreciate the chance to address this. Instagram locked my account and instructed me to take certain actions to recover it. Unfortunately, the email where they sent the code, [redacted], doesn't exist. As a result, I'm unable to access the code. My Instagram account was hacked, so I immediately changed the password. The following day, Instagram logged me out, claiming suspicious activity, and said they would send a recovery code to my email. Despite receiving login attempt emails, I haven't received any recovery codes. The email address shown for the recovery email doesn't match my Instagram email, causing confusion.

I am unable to Like, Comment, Follow, or Unfollow accounts on Instagram for the past three days. Each time I attempt any of these actions, a notification pops up stating that it has been temporarily blocked for safety reasons. Despite being informed that the block would expire on the 23rd of December, I am still facing the same issue on the 24th. Hello, I am experiencing continuous 24-hour blocks on my Instagram business account @alldayalba for the last two weeks. Despite not engaging in any suspicious activity like spamming, using third-party auto-posting tools, or aggressive follow/unfollow tactics, the blocks persist. The only activities I can do during a block are sending private messages and posting stories. As soon as I attempt to like, comment, or edit a post, the block is reinstated. Additionally, the shopping feature on my account has been malfunctioning for a few months. All our products are stuck in "in review" status, preventing us from tagging products or utilizing the swipe-up function. Despite confirming all settings, the products remain in limbo.
