After i made my second delivery i’ve received an email saying my account has been deactivated because a costumer reported that i haven’t delivered their products i’ve picked up at the store for them. *When i handed them their bags i had no idea they can do something like that. I have tried contacting you regarding this issue through an app, however during the chat i’ve switched to my GPS for a moment, when I switched back the chat window was no longer there, and i believe there was a message saying your chat has been ended. When i tried to contact you through an app the second time, the chat option has been removed. When i clicked on the question mark in the top right corner, a head icon is no longer there, and you’ve disconnected your phone number. Therefore, leaving me without any options contacting you. *I can’t even transfer my earnings if my account will reman closed because in order to do so i need to complete * batch orders and I only’ve done *.

GetHuman-gcogroup did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
