Hello, *I had used instacart once as a trial run to see if I was interested in the service and the next thing I see is that I had automatically been subscribed to the yearlong express service delivery. I am not sure if this was an automatic subscription or what but I did not any any point sign up for the service and am confused as to why it has happened. Additionally, since I have been travelling I did not have the chance to check emails and was rather shocked to see the $** charge on my account. I would love to use the service occasionally but am in no need to have a yearlong subscription. I have already been charged for the whole year but would like to be refunded for the amount especially since I did not sign up for it at all. Happy to work with your customer service officers but really hoping you can resolve this issue.
