Help with my Instacart issue

*Hello, my friend referred me to your company so I thought it was amazing and decided I wanted to join. I started filling out the initial name, phone number, zip code etc. but noticed that there was a space to enter a referral code. I decided too wait so I could get my friends code so she can get some credit. Anyways the next after I got the code from my friend I decided to join, I started the same process as above but after I clicked submit, it said that I already *have an account (weird because I never hit submit the day before) Sooo I decided just to "Login" and when I did it said IO have to choose a place and time to go to a meeting. The closest place is * and a half hours away so I decided to cancel. I have * small kids in two different schools there is no way I can drive for * hours and plus the meeting and have time to pick up my children. Now I received a text message saying "Hi,Tatiana! You still have one step to finish signing up to be an Instacart Shopper.Log in @ shopper.instacart.com today!" I tried and it takes me to a window saying "Thank you for taking the time to apply to Instacart! There are currently no sessions available in your area. We will email you as soon as a time becomes available" Im sorry but Im so confused and overtime I try calling the automated guy tells me theres a billion people calling you guys and hangs up on me?! I told my friend and she though it was weird because she didn't have to go to a meeting? please help!!!
