You have made a double charge on my card, which is two TOTALLY separate different totals and charges, and they are in fact from you guys! I went to my back after contacting you guys the first time after you telling me if the fee didn’t fall off, it’s up to my bank, turns out they can do NOTHING for me and redirected me to right back to the original origin of the charge! There’s * charges I want you to rebate. They’re unnecessary and my money is MY MONEY, I need it, and it’s gone for no reason. I really think your pre authorization charges are rediculous due to the fact that they’re worth more than what you’re even paying for your order alone, and THEY’RE SEPARATE FROM WHAT I ALREADY PAID! I’m sure that this has hurt a lot of people’s bills especially when those responsible for making sure the fees fall off don’t step up and make sure that happens! There’s one for $**, and * for $** which one of the $** was from a CANCELED ORDER. Order got canceled? REBATE THE AUTHORIZATION FEE. It’s that simple. Stop taking people for unnecessary amounts and maybe look into making your authorization fees, if you’re gonna really have them, RATIONAL AND REASONABLE AND MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY DISAPPEAR. And * days is WAY too long, I’ve been waiting for way more than that for it to fall off and you guys directed me to my bank and they said that it is NOT UNDER THEIR POWER. Your total is $*** THAT YOU BASICALLY STOLE! To be fair * of the charges are NOT in the * day limit, but now since it’s been an absolute absurd amount of time I’ve been waiting for the $** fee to fall of!? No, I’m not playing that game again, and will no longer be using your service after I get my money back. Thank you and what ever you can do, which is easy to figure, I would GENUINELY appreciate it so much.
