My name is Cynthia Snow and back on April **rd of this year I found my account of about * years had been blocked. It said I had to now pay quarterly. I paid on line then $**.** for * months and your system said I should be back up within ** hours. It is almost a month later and I still have no service. I can't call you, because you don't take calls, you can't email me because I could not receive them. You have now removed my account.
