First off we went to the contain suites in contain ohio...they informed us that their was not any availability at their location ..however the front desk lady(sorry do not recall here name)..did all the footwork an with much friendliness.an promptness got us set up at the Fairfield ohio location ..we arrived they said there are two issues with your room that is next on the list an shall be taken care of within the next few hours. *The issues were a broken up dresser...as well as conviently a cut out rectangle above shower head on the ceiling of the restroom...being female not too comfortable that...we called front desk ...they assured us that it would be taken care that day...that same day turned into never...funny how every time I decided to shower in my room...I covered the whole with garbage bag an the smoke detector would go off...coincidence...every time...I don't think so..*Next the fridge started leaking....it was very damp an Dewey ...no ventilation within the room. .seemed to be a lot of built up mold...lastly. My last * days for some odd reason the stove and microwave just stopped working...I'm assuming maybe a fuse but I wouldn't know how when neither were used at the same time....*So...I tried to go to office numerous occasions...called down to office ..an called after hours number....never once did I see...reach...or get a return call from anybody...*Housekeeping didn't vacuum ...nor change bedding...change out towels...I'm not quite sure what they did except remove the garbage that was in the two cans...one in kitchen an one in the bathroom.. *I stayed a week an refused to pay anymore...*On check out day we informed management...amazing they were there an said that it was our priority to come to office to get our own change of bedding and towels an as fire my other issues ...she said it's been a busy week...**Wow..really...almost $***.. For one week...only accepted the room due to she assured the First * issues were to be taken care of that day...never did it happen mind you. *I had food go to waste and spent more money to eat out...due to the last * days ...absolutely no power to the stove nor microwave...*I had to use extra to go shower elsewhere...I simply did not feel comfortable at all...*So I went down the street and pd more money for additional * days..an I'm probably gonna b hear an extra week as well...all of this time of things were properly run ...you would have had my business...because your establishment was the first I chose..*Now it's been over a week...I have called corporate or customer service...never got a human...left messages..still nothing from no one...*I feel that I deserve if not a total reimbursement...which I'd prefer..but it seems of the lack of immediate response or concern of a guest needs..I'm assuming only a certain something of reimbursement..but hey...your establishment could very well turn around and surprise me...we shall see..*My name is Skye Barnes an Thomas Fuchs..we stayed in the inn towns suites in Fairfield ohio...room..***...Aug..**.****-September*.****...*Worst experience ever...an that's not good considering as much as I travel an stay weeks at time ...*I apologise for complaining but this was just too many issues...*Thank you for your time..
