I applied and was approved for unemployment benefits. I requested that my benefit check be sent by mail. that check and key card was never sent to me. Because I did not receive my original benefit check by mail, I certified my next request by direct deposit to my checking account. That request and subsequent benefit checks has been deposited into my checking account. How do I get my original requested benefit check that I requested to be mailed to me? I have not been able to talk to a real person at IDES in over two months.
