I need to speak to a human. I work for hallmark cards and was asked to check emails on work phones. About continuing work or furlough- covid **. I received finding on *******. But when asked if I worked while certifying first time on phone I said I didn’t have paychecks. But I do have * , all under $** because I checked workphones * different times. *We were asked if we wanted to return to work before Illinois opened. I also said I refused work, because I said no to going back early. Later I thot I didn’t refuse work, I didn’t volunteer to work. *I’ve had someone from ides call me and told me to get my weeks straight for working. I know he’s busy and he said he’d call back last Thursday. He calls house phone. I can’t even leave the house. I have been trying to certify since *******. I have kept contact logs . I need to speak to a human. My case * is ********.
