Illinois Department of Employment Security Customer Service Issues

My PUA payments stopped in late February. Even though I certify weekly, I haven't received any payments. I got an email prompting me to check the correspondence number, but when I try to view it, nothing happens. Clicking on the claim number doesn't open the PDF, leaving me unable to see what actions I need to take. I usually certify on Tuesdays, but I decided to log in at around 9:30 pm to sort this out promptly. Has anyone else encountered this issue where they're asked to view correspondence but can't access it?

While certifying for my unemployment benefits through TeleServe, I accidentally selected the wrong option, causing my claims for the last two weeks to be suspended. I'm now instructed to contact Claimant Services, but their call-back feature makes it uncertain when they will reach out to me. This issue could be easily resolved if I could just recertify without errors. It's frustrating to wait with bills to pay, relying on someone to contact me. Every time I try to call, I'm greeted by the same automated message. All I want is to re-certify and correct any mistakes. This is the first error I've made in over a year, so I'm unsure why it's so complex to rectify.
