Thanks! I knew that already.*I asked to change the phone number on file, and she mentioned she could not do that. She transferred me AGAIN and gave me no ETA.
You need to confirm the phone number if that is the ONLY WAY YOU GET TO YORU CUSTOMERS! **It is also standard business practice to send an email and phone number.**I can understand that this is my fault due to not double checking the phone number, but not giving me any sort of email update or follow-up when you failed to ****p is robbery.**IKEA - this is just a desk.
