during transit on the **th may through madrid Airport terminal *, it now appears that a customer service representative has not passed my phone to safekeeping as was promised so i could collect on my return.**i dont wish to suggest theft but the phone was immaculate iphone * plus with a balck louis vuitton cover. the representative concerned is known to mr eduardo maganto who works in iberai vip lounge in FSU terminal.**no one responds to me and i was ignored when i went in person on friday **th may even though the supervisor in T* hall ** called marisa said she would help me.**i know it was with customer services since eduardo maganto spoke with some one on my phone.**i will shortly be making a police report with regard to customer services at Tt
