Hi,*On April **, ****, I have bought on CheapOair.com a ticket from Milan (MPX) to Los Angeles (LAX) with one stop in Barcelona on Iberia airline. *When I have received the booking confirmation I have seen that first flight IB **** (MPX – BCN) is operated by Vueling Airlines and second IB **** (BCN-LAX) by Iberia for LEVEL. The layover time between the flights was two hours.*On June **th the departure of the first flight IB**** was delayed by Vueling for two hours. As a result, when I came to the gate for the flight IB ****, the boarding was finished and the gates were closed. My luggage was dislodged in Barcelona and I retrieved it later.*I was directed first to the Vueling and then to the Iberia service desks. After * hours of staying in two lines, I have received the ticket for the flight from Barcelona to Los Angeles on June **, which meant that I have to stay in Barcelona for ** hours. In addition, the ticket was for the Economy class, while the original ticket was for Premium Economy. When I have pointed to this to Iberia customer service representative she told me that I can buy the Premium Economy ticket by paying additional €***. After a short dispute, she requested me to come to the Iberia service desk the next day, June **th, and maybe she will be able to resolve the situation.*After that, I was directed to the Vueling service desk which provided me with the voucher to the hotel. The service clerk told me that the voucher is for three nights and includes * meals per day.*When I arrived at the hotel I have found that the voucher was good for two days and did not include any meals at all. The hotel was in the suburbs of Barcelona and was extremely uncomfortable and cheap. *I stayed in this hotel for one night and have moved to another hotel with the tolerable level of comfort.*I claim that Iberia airline should reimburse me:*€*** for ** hours delay of my flight*€*** for the additional night (June **-**) at the hotel not covered by the initial voucher*€*** for meals for three days based on €** per day for three meals*€**.** for a taxi for a round trip from the hotel to the airport and back on June **th*€** for a taxi for a trip from the hotel to the airport on June **th.*Total: € ***.**I have filed the claim with Iberia*P********-********.**No responce.***Sincerely,*Joseph Kulinets
