If you are looking to apply for a payment arrangement be sure to pay attention to the payment extension dates and deadlines. If you are willing to wait on hold then you should call into the IRS and they will work with you one on one to set up a payment arrangement that fits your needs. You can call customer support at the IRS using 800-829-1040. Once you call press 1 for English then wait for the recording to end. Press 2 then 1 then 3 then 2. The recording will then ask for your social security number you can just press 0# it will ask again then press 0# and finally press 2 once it asks you a question. You will be told your wait time and a representative will pick up to help you.

Hi there, **Thank you for your help.**I filed my taxes in **** and ****. I went on the 'track my refund page' early this morning. I was able to get to the page to provide my bank account details. According to my ****, my AGI was negative, so I wrote it in as negative. I neither owed or was refunded. The computer system would not accept negative numbers, so I put in '*' and also 'I owed' and then '*' for the amount because the form would not let you leave it blank. However, when I clicked 'submit' there were technical difficulties. I tried again after consulting Turbo Tax, which told me to use the AGI number but as a positive, so I did that and then did the same thing for owed ('*'). I got the same 'technical difficulties' message. Now when I log on, about * hours later, it tells me that I've either entered the wrong information or that I have exceeded my log on attempts. Which one is it? I just want to confirm that I typed in the right thing, that it was received, and that I am in the clear. Thank you very much for your help.
