Social Security has sent out an erroneous letter of my death. *My estate is now receiving letters stating they need my death certificate and are discontinuing any services or assets. I have notified S.S. of this and they apologize for the INCONVENIENCE and assure me they have corrected their files. TOO late the damage has been done. I presume IRS has also been notified of my demise. What can you do to help me? I'm ** years old and comsider this a case of ELDER ABUSE! Please help.
