** THIRD REMINDER ** *Dear Hyundai team, *My name is Ali Boutaleb. I bought a brand new Hyundai car (Tucson Rodeo, Diesel) in December **** from your dealer representative here in Morocco, Casablanca. I was the only owner since that time. Recently, as I wanted to sell the car, we found an issue by the Technical Control Center. They have a doubt about the writing of the VIN number and how it was engraved. They asked me to have a Certificate of Authenticity from Hyundai. I gone to Hyundai here in Casablanca and they were not serious handling this issue, and they asked to perform an expertise in there after sell shop, but since they have not enough experience on this kind of engraving they were not able to make a decision.The reason why I am contacting you. I need your assistance and help please. *I need a confirmation from you : *** The authenticity of the VIN *** That the VINs by **** were engraved like the one I have on my car and several other Hyundai cars . *** If the VIN on my car was engraved aa a special case, I need a certificate from you or send a request to Hyundai dealer representative here in Morocco, Casablanca saying that this is VIN was writing like this in my car. But please keep me informed in case.*I will send you a photo of the VIN as delivered on my car, a photo of the received letter after the Hyundai expertise with a translation. Just send me your email address.*Please do not hesitate to ask me if any other photos or items that are needed. *I will wait your feedback to solve this issue please. *Thank you for your help. *Best regards, *Ali
