CALL TO FIND OUT WETHER MY CAR WAS BEEN RECALL GAVE THE GIRL MY VIN NUMBER SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME YES OR NO*SHE WOULD NEED MY INFORMATION I TOLD HER I NEED KNOW SO I COULD MAKE APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY SHE SAID FOR LEGAL PURPOSES I ASKED HER WHAT THAT MEANT SHE WOULD EXPLAIN. I ASK AGAIN A SIMPLE OR NO. SHE SAID WAS GOING TO HANG UP . WHICH SHE DID. I CALL BACK TO TALK TO SUPERVISOR I TOLD I HAD TO GIVE INFORMATION AGAIN I WANTED SIMPLE YES OR NO. THE TIME I WASTED I COULD GOT MY CAR FOR APPT TODAY THE FACT I DIDNOT BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET ANSWER I CALL A DEALER HE GAVE THE ANSWER . YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY. THE FACT IS IT PRETTY WHEN YOU BUY A CAR IN FEB AND FIND OUT IT RECALL IN JAN. WHY DID I NOT REC A NOTICE. THANK TO MEDIA I FOUND OUT I FEEL VERY UNHAPPY HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS NOT GETTING THE ANSWER WITHOUT GETTING ANSWERS. I FEEL I GOT RIP OFF. YOU CUSTOMER IS TERRBIBLE.
