Hughes Net needs to pay for this if it technician does come out because I've been having charged like way too much per month for a modem that I could've bought twice now and it will not let me buy from them so they only be a free technician service and I always waste my time having to call this company but I must have it because of the high speed in my valley of the mountain range I live in unfortunately because the customer service is horrible

Modem ***** they won't let me upgrade to the new one either ... Modem is not working only the greenlight on the board is working did the reset everything master also and so I Need technician to come out or need to send us a new modem soon as possible. This is been going on for days can't do homework can't do work affecting my life****-***-*****Phone Number related to the bill
This affects my life for the entire family school work and play
Get this fixed for free ASAP pronto Rapido. I pay way too much for a scrappy modem that I cannot buy otherwise could on to buy it now
I've always given them the money they wanted I have been super patient spending hours and hours of my life over the phone waiting for these people do not help and asked me the same questions over and over when it's already been resolved that they had the answers they just didn't do anything and pass it on although there are a few good employees inside the company no doubt
