to get the paid-for rug to proper address ... I'll try again. I ordered a rug today *****-****-****-**** from houzz.com and paid for it with card. (**x** sisal rug). I then saw that the shipping address was my former house in Santa Fe. I now live in Seattle, WA. Each time I try to send this, all pertinent info is deleted on my site so I don't know if you get it. I don't want my PURCHASED rug to go to an incorrect address!!!
Frustrating because I gave all details and seemingly all details were blocked out at least for me, very upsetting since the site says give as much detail as possible.
