I am a newspaper and digital subscriber. I plan to cxl my subscription if immediate action is not taken. for three weeks my digital email edition of the newspaper is not working properly. whenI click on the Email edition the first page of the newspaper does not come u allowing me to to move from one page to another-instead I get a digital printout of articles in the newspaper*I have called * different times to get this fixed and after a ** minute wait each time ,I am dropped from the line*this is no way to treat a long time subscriber -get this fixed immediately or I am cxling your paper.

Got knocked on your dial in list after ** minute list * different time and ont time was referred to utside paid consultant that wanted to be paid to fix the problem. horrible service
